If you considering purchasing somewhere to go on holiday to every year (a holiday home) have you thought into where you want to get it. Many people out there will take a look at their favourite place to travel too and have a look there first. It really first depends on the kind of weather you like. If you enjoy yhe cold climate then perhaps renting an igloo could be a good idea, but in all honesty Canada could be the place for you. America is actually my personal favourite as I personally think that the country is brilliant with the people being very nice and the government not being too bad in the way that it is at the moment. I would have to choose the State? It would have to be Orlando, Florida simply because of all the great things to do there as well as the fact I have been there many times and it is the only place that I truly feel happy in.

Spain

This is a nice place to have a home in for many reasons. The food is amazing, the people very nice and the countryside is wonderful. There is not one place in Spain that I would not say do not go to because the people out there are so nice. The great thing is that the food is good and can again choose to stay within a city or countryside. You would certainly need a pool if you were going here in the summer.

France

This could be the place for you simpy because it has it all, city’s, countryside and hot and cold climates. France is a good place to spend a holiday in because of all of the culture the country is home to as well as the different climates.

So there you have it, just a few of the places that you could be looking into when thinking about buying a holiday home, make sure that you also have holiday home insurance as this will help you out if you choose to rent the property out.

Even if you are thinking about getting a nice cottage you should think about insurance for holiday cottages just to back you up if something does go wrong.
