TheOlympics 2012 take place in mainly Stratford from the end of July to the middle of August. London is the first place to have the Olympics thrice . The bid was against the likes of Moscow, New York, Madrid and Paris . As we are all aware, those were some great cities that London had to compete against . When London became the official 2012 host, I needed to get involved .
In 2011, I received my tickets for London 2012 Olympic games. I was delighted since the confirmation email came through, as the Olympic games will be historic. London will have all the top athletes for two weeks to create a spectacle . I have been allocated 2 tickets which grant me access to 4 days and with this I can pretty much go into the all the sports complex’s used in the 2012 London Olympics.
The first pass I have is to watch the Athletics in the Straford Olympic ground . The fastest men on the planet will be competing for medals . The second ticket is for the Olympic soccer games in London. Rising stars from the Brazil and Argentina will take part along with the newly formed Team Great Britain football, which will see the likes of Gareth Bale and Jack Wilshere join forces for the first time to compete for honours . I think this will be the greatest sporting event in 2012 .
London has the infrastructure, atmosphere and the adequate weather to make it the perfect Olympic environment. The Sun will be out, drinks flowing which only means one thing after the Olympic activities during the day / evening, Heavy Partying at Night and loads of socialising. Can you imagine the amount of Brazilian’s samba dancing in Stratford?
